A wonderful time spent at this lovely hotel. All the staff we encountered are wonderful. From the various concierge to the ladies on reception. All staff greet you with a smile and plenty of decorum. Our apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It was equiped with all of the key kitchen amenities. My family and I will definitely make the efforts to stay here again when visiting Abu Dhabi. The staff truly made the stay special. Once more a special commendable mention to the ladies on reception and the various concierge.

Excellent apartment hotel. Well maintained. Courteous staff. Ideal location. Good food. Shopping malls available nearby. Ideal for long stays. Well equipped kitchen provided with gas, microwave and induction stoves. Washing machine also available. Enjoyed my stay

Very good hotel for long term stays. location is great, rooms are spacious, front desk staff and house keeping are always friendly and helpful. Concierg and security is well aware of hotel soundings. The restuarant buffet offers value for money. Hotel gym is in need of serious maintenance, especially the tredmill's. it would be extremely beneficial for guests if they were replaced with new once.

I am a guest at the Apartment on Long Stay. Checked in a week ago. The Apartments are standard, well maintained and staff are polite and courteous. I checked into a room on the 12th Floor to ensure minimal noise. The first few days were uneventful. However for the last two days, sleep at night has been seriously disrupted by the noise from machinery/equipment which I understood is located just above my apartment. In general building designs provide voids for ensuring that machine operations did not reflect on to the guest floor. I have raised this to the reception and asked for a replacement room on the same floor. They have said they are aware of the noise issue and will try to help. I would appreciate that the management address the problem. Its a really decent place for long stay, would be a shame if the noise issue was not sorted out. Thanks.

My mom and I stayed here for a week for the Special Olympics World Games event. I have to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond what they could do to help us in any situation. The hotel was overall clean and the apartment was really spacious and furnished making it very convenient and comfortable. The food in the buffet was really good, we felt in safe environment, and it was a good value for our money. Totally recommend it to anyone staying in Abu Dhabi. I also want to add that this hotel is only about 8 min. walk from the main bus station where you can find buses that will bring you anywhere in town and also to Dubai.
